Estivro ("we," "us") is a construction management platform currently offered as a private beta. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Because the product is evolving during beta, this policy may change; we'll update the date above when it does.

When you request early access, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email address, and optional information about your company, role, and how you intend to use Estivro. If you are invited into the beta and create an account, we also process the project, estimate, and account data you choose to store in the platform.

We collect limited technical information (such as browser type and referring page) to operate the service and prevent abuse.

We use your information to manage the early-access waitlist, send you a confirmation and (if invited) onboarding communications, operate and improve the platform, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

If you join the early-access list, we send a confirmation email and may contact you about your invitation and beta updates. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing privacy@estivro.com.

Early-access and account data are stored with our infrastructure providers using industry-standard safeguards. Access to waitlist submissions is restricted to authorized team members. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and during beta you should not rely on the service for your sole copy of critical records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@estivro.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
