Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By requesting early access to or using Estivro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Private beta
The Service is provided as a private, invitation-only beta. It is not generally available, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Access may be limited, paused, or discontinued while we develop the product. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee an invitation.
Beta software — provided “as is”
Because the Service is in beta, it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. It may contain bugs or errors and may experience downtime. You should not rely on the Service as the sole system of record for critical business or project data during beta.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting its operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Service or other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.
Fees
Early access during the private beta does not require payment. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide notice and terms before any charges apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estivro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the beta Service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email legal@estivro.com or visit our contact page.
